We want you to love your Steel City gear, so if your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer or a similar protective package, ensuring you include the packing slip.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification and your refund or exchange once our warehouse processes the return.
